This week @ Diamond Guru Fitness, We are Weight Training with Intervals. mall Group Personal Training! This will be a cardio class as well as a weight training class. You will burn alot of calories and torch fat and stoke your metabolism!



I’m limiting RSVP’s to the first 8 people so as to make this as uniquely personalized as possible. Each Exercise modified to your fitness level! RSVP’s Required for this reason.

Monday  04/29 and Wednesday 05/01 @7pm and Sat. 01/04 @11am.
