Monday at 7pm, We start with a warm-up and Onto Circuit Training with the Stability Ball! If you have a ball, feel free to bring it with you! A fantastic all over body workout that burns a ton of fat and shapes your core!
Wednesday @7pm, We start with our usual warm up and then onto Circuit Training with free weights! A great way to sculpt, burn fat and tone up your muscles!
Saturday @11am, We continue our Circuit training series with a Resistance Band Circuit! Tone, firm and burn in the awesome workout!
