This week Mon and Wed 06/03/13 and 06/5/13 @7 pm, We are going to continue the philosophy of “Muscle Confusion” and workout with High Intensity Interval Training! Burn more calories and gain strength/muscle in half the time! This class will be 40 mins actual workout 20 mins stretching! Keep in mind that everyone’s fitness level is different so the intensity depends on your fitness level. All fitness levels are welcome and all exercises can be modified for either injury or difficulty. Let’s have some fun exercising together in the NEW Small Group Personal Training format!
