We are Circuit Training this week! Mon and Wed @7pm and Saturday @11am in Oakland Park. This is a very effective way to burn calories and torch fat in a minimal amount of time.Don’t worry if you are new to exercising or an old pro, this will be a fantastic workout for every fitness level! We circuit for 35 mins and then stretch for 15!
Class is $10 per person
