We are Cardio Dumbbell Sculpting this week! Mon and Wed @7 pm and Saturday @1 1am in Oakland Park. This is a very effective way to burn calories and torch fat in a minimal amount of time. Don’t worry if you are new to exercising or an old pro, this will be a fantastic workout for every fitness level!
