Then, Join me Wednesday 10/2/13 @7 pm, In Fort Lauderdale for Full Body Functional Training! Functional Training involves doing those motions you use in everyday life such as pulling, pushing reaching etc… A great effective workout for all Fitness levels! 

This Saturday 10/5/13 @ 11 am, in Fort Lauderdale, We are getting rid of that “Muffin Top” effect! Please bring 2 towels as you will need them in order to do this workout!

Small Group Personal Training!! This weeks agenda with The Diamond Guru!

Happy Sunday Afternoon everyone!

This week we start Monday (09/23/13 @7pm) off with a Bang! We are SuperSetting! We will be using weights and working both sides of a two muscles. Example: Bicep and Tricep. This is a great workout for sculpting and toning all over! A great workout for every fitness level!

Class is $10.00

Please bring a towel and water.

Then Wednesday, (09/25/13 @7 pm) we are Circuit Training! We will not be doing Traditional circuits. The circuits we are doing will be performed in place and for a count not timed. This workout will work your whole body utilizing Stability balls, weights, etc…

A great workout for every fitness level and will burn tons of calories!

Class is $10.00

Please bring a towel and water.

Saturday (09/28/13 @11 am) We are working it all again using Functional Training! Functional training uses your everyday movement to work the body. A great exercise for Every fitness level!

Wed. 09/18/13 @7 pm, We utilize the Stability Ball for even more toning and firming action! The Stability Ball is a great tool for CORE strengthening and we will get an amazing workout that works for Every fitness level! I am using the Small Group Personal Training format to give you the BEST possible results! Core Sculpting and Strengthening this week with The Diamond Guru!

Good morning Everyone! I hope you are having a Fabulous weekend!

This week, We are strengthening our core!! Your core helps to protect your back and stabilizes your spine!This is a great workout for every fitness level! Small group personal training allows me to be able to individualize the workouts for each person in attendance! Mon. 09/09/13 @7pm, Wed. 09/11/13 @7 pm and Sat. 09/14/13 @11 am!

The core includes your pelvic floor muscles, transversus abdominis muscles, multifidus, internal and external obliques, rectus abdominis, erector spinae (sacrospinalis) especially the longissimus thoracis and the diaphragm. Minor core muscles include the latissimus dorsi, gluteus maximus and trapezius.

The Small Group Personal Training workouts this week with sculpt your abdominals and burn belly fat! The first 8-10 to RSVP will be admitted.

Please bring 2 small towels to Mondays workout!
