This week, We are strengthening our core!! Your core helps to protect your back and stabilizes your spine!This is a great workout for every fitness level! Small group personal training allows me to be able to individualize the workouts for each person in attendance! Mon. 09/09/13 @7pm, Wed. 09/11/13 @7 pm and Sat. 09/14/13 @11 am!
The core includes your pelvic floor muscles, transversus abdominis muscles, multifidus, internal and external obliques, rectus abdominis, erector spinae (sacrospinalis) especially the longissimus thoracis and the diaphragm. Minor core muscles include the latissimus dorsi, gluteus maximus and trapezius.
The Small Group Personal Training workouts this week with sculpt your abdominals and burn belly fat! The first 8-10 to RSVP will be admitted.
