Small Group Personal Training!! This weeks agenda with The Diamond Guru!

Happy Sunday Afternoon everyone!

This week we start Monday (09/23/13 @7pm) off with a Bang! We are SuperSetting! We will be using weights and working both sides of a two muscles. Example: Bicep and Tricep. This is a great workout for sculpting and toning all over! A great workout for every fitness level!

Class is $10.00

Please bring a towel and water.

Then Wednesday, (09/25/13 @7 pm) we are Circuit Training! We will not be doing Traditional circuits. The circuits we are doing will be performed in place and for a count not timed. This workout will work your whole body utilizing Stability balls, weights, etc…

A great workout for every fitness level and will burn tons of calories!

Saturday (09/28/13 @11 am) We are working it all again using Functional Training! Functional training uses your everyday movement to work the body. A great exercise for Every fitness level!
