Monday, October 7th @7pm, in Oakland Park, We start the week off with, “Downsize your Denim!” Yes, we are working our Lower Body to burn calories and reduce fat using Free Weights and a Stability Ball! Wednesday, October 9th @7 pm, in Oakland Park, We get PUMPED Mid-week with Cross Fit! This is not like the Cross Fit you see all over town where people are getting hurt….. I’ve named this Cross Fit because it is Cross Training…meaning it mixes two types of training together…Cardio and compound movements! Burn MEGA Calories while you BUILD Endurance and Strength! $10 per class or FOR THIS Week only $60 FOR ALL CLASSES FOR THE REST OF THE MONTH!
