Monday, 11/25/13 & Wednesday 11/27/13 @7 pm, in Oakland Park, Fl. We are Circuit Training! This type of training is great for Cardiovascular Health, improving Lung function and Blood flow/Circulation. Its also a great way to combine Fat Burning and Muscle Building!

We start Monday with a Flat Abs Circuit to kick off the week! Let’s hit it hard and for those of you who haven’t yet attend my classes, you should realize that when I say “abs”, those are the muscles we will be concentrating on but many more will be worked than just abs, lol.
Wednesday We incorporate a Functional Training workout! Functioning training involves those things you do everyday. Squat down and pick something up, Reach up and get something, etc..
Saturday is Cardio Day! Yay Cardiovascular workout!! You will move in this workout! Get that blood pumping and your heart rate rockin! A great calorie burning and fat burning workout!

This week We get things pumping Monday night with Cardio/Strength Training! This is a Mix of Free Weights and Cardio Intervals that really Burn fat and build muscle! Please bring TWO TOWELS for this class! Great class for all fitness levels as you work at your own pace! We get started at 7 pm.

When you work the larger muscle groups, you burn more fat and you’ll gain a lot of muscle with these exercises that will work some leg muscles you’re not used to working! Please bring one towel!
