Happy Sunday Everyone!
This week We get things pumping Monday night with Cardio/Strength Training! This is a Mix of Free Weights and Cardio Intervals that really Burn fat and build muscle! Please bring TWO TOWELS for this class! Great class for all fitness levels as you work at your own pace! We get started at  7 pm.

Then Wednesday night at 7 pm, Get Strong Sexy Legs, Male or Female! When you work the larger muscle groups, you burn more fat and you’ll gain a lot of muscle with these exercises that will work some leg muscles you’re not used to working!  Please bring one towel! An excellent workout for everyone! One Minute Circuit Training!
Saturday, We are Working our Buns and Guns with Free Weights so get ready to lift and have some fun building muscle! We are gonna ROCK and ROLL the music for this one!
