Mon. 04/14 & Wed. 04/16 @7 pm, We are Circuit Training with HIIT!
Monday, We start the week off RIGHT by working harder and smarter and NOT LONGER! 5 minute warm up followed by 30 mins of short bursts of exercise with free weights and body weight followed by shorter bursts of rest. Burn more fat and calories than in your
standard workout! 10 stretching cool down….
Wednesday, We rock another HIIT workout but this time we are using Stability balls and dumbbells to burn and build!!
Saturday’s class @ 11 am is 10 Minute warm up, 30 mins of cardio and 15 min stretching and cool down.
