This week We are Functional Training! Functional training prepares your body to do real-life functions. This is a great workout for every fitness level, Every age group! Think you don’t NEED to lift weights? Think Again…As you get older you lose bone, you can regain and make your bones stronger by incorporating some light weight lifting into your exercise routine!
This Week We are Circuit Training! Circuit training is an exercise method in which you perform six to 10 exercises in a row, with minimal rest between them. Once you complete all of the exercises, you can rest for two minutes before performing the circuit again. Typically, circuits will contain exercises that target a variety of different muscle groups so you can work on improving your overall fitness level. Circuit training can be useful for weight loss, but you may also use circuits to improve your strength, muscular endurance or muscle size. Last week we concentrated on building overall muscle and strength and this week will improve upon that.

This week @Diamond Guru Fitness Studio, We are Building Muscle and Burning Fat with Full Body – Free Weight and Body Weight exercises! By training the entire body, you burn more Fat and Build more Overall muscle strength!! Monday and Wednesday Classes start @ 7 pm, We warm up for the first 10 mins, workout with intensity for the next 30 and then cool down and stretch for another 10-15 mins. Great Positive Atmosphere! Great pumped up music!

This week June 2, 4th @7 pm and Sat. June 7th @11 am…We are building muscle!! Dumbbells and resistance bands as well as some Stability ball work so we get a full body workout, Build More Muscle and Burn More Fat!!!! The more muscle you build, the more efficient your body becomes at burning fat!!! Great Music and energy…Really fun class!
