Monday, November 10th @7pm, We start the week off with High Intensity Interval Training! Longer periods of Intensity followed by short rest periods. This intense part of this workout lasts approx. 20 mins. We will do a dynamic warm up for 5-10 mins before and stretch for 10 mins after. Be ready to work out and be focused!
