This week April 13-18th, Let’s tighten and tone your Lower body! Big muscle groups burn fat faster and we are getting ready for summer!!
Monday 04/13/15 @7pm, We are working on our Glutes and Thighs!! A 5 minute warm up, 30 mins of workout and then we stretch to maintain flexibility and ease soreness.
Wednesday, 04/15/15 @7pm, We are ROCKIN the Brazilian Butt Workout for that shapely TUSH! We’ll do our usual warm up and then rock this workout for 3 circuits to get the most of your workout! Then a cool down and stretching!
Saturday, 04/18/15 @11am, We are working the entire body with HIIT! 8 exercises back to back with our usual warm up and stretching afterwards to Kick-start your weekend in a Fabulous way!
