When you follow my program, you’ll get results. In order for this program to be effective, you must follow through on your commitment: you must follow the program, follow your daily menu, send me any food changes once a week, start exercising under my instruction and keep in touch with me at least 1 time per week either via phone, Skype, email or in person.
Everyone has challenges from time to time, I have the experience to help get you past them and keep you losing weight. The only person I cannot help succeed is the one who quits. Keep in mind your commitment to complete the program not just start it. In order for you to become permanently slender, you must reach your goal weight, complete the stabilization period and stay within 3 to 5 pounds of your goal weight for at least 6 months. If you quit too soon, you’ll experience the “Yo-yo effect” and the weight will likely come back. The important thing to understand is that you will lose weight while making lifestyle changes. By following your program you will become a slimmer, happier and healthier person. You’ve made an Awesome start!
